Og det er der i Roussillon, hvor han siden år 2000 har været i gang med at indføre samme strenge biodynamiske dyrkningsregler, som dem han har indført i Rhônedalen. Det betyder, at Bila-Haut har en delikat mineralitet og frugtrigdom, som er uimodståelig. denkorteavis.dk
