Gravatar 24.02.2018 Vínen fra Alary er blot økologisk, men ikke biodynamisk. Men nu er den trukket op og får følgende ord med på vejen: Rustik Rhône-næse med stald og modne bær. Saftig mund med tørre og lidt ru tanniner inden en letbitter afslutning. Lav din egen version af mørbradsgryden fra kroen og drik sval i store slurke, så spiller det.

Gravatar 12.09.2019 Ret reduktiv næse, der kræver en solid luftetur inden du får sød frugt og garrique. Munden er relativt let, med en tand af sødme og lidt hård alkohol. Kræver masser af luft, før den hænger sammen.
