Gravatar 19.11.2020 Det här är en rätt som kräver ett riktigt gott vin. Har du nu köpt fina råvaror som färska lammkotletter och gorgonzolaost så är det klokt att matcha dem med ett vin av motsvarande klass. Ett traditionellt vinval är ju en Bordeaux till lammet och det blev även mitt val den här gången. Det blev en klassisk Bordeaux Mouton Cadet 2012 som jag hittade i källaren. Det satt som en smäck till lammkotletterna. En perfekt matchning av smaker och dofter. Inte för mycket och inte för lite. Lammkotletter med gorgonzolasås har mycket smak men är inte en stark rätt. Därför ville jag ha ett vin som var moget och ganska finstämt för att inte slå ihjäl smakerna i maten.
