Oppleves solid og kraftfull i munnen. Flott syrlighet gjennom hele smakskurven, vitale tanniner. Lang fast avslutning. Anbefalt serveringstemperatur 16 til 18 grader. Smaker utsøkt nå, men kan fint lagres i flere tiår. Nyt den til helstekt lammelår eller entrecôte av okse.
