Gravatar 05.07.2020 Första sippen är frisk, ren och läckert bärig. Torkade blåbär och syrliga björnbär smyger fram ur glaset. Noll sötma, noll kladd. Istället finner vi lite salvia, peppar och hintar av cigarrlåda och en fin stramhet i slutet som ger extra stuns och komplexitet. Smakrikt naturligtvis, annars vore det inte zin. Zindigt gott helt enkelt. Serveras med fördel källarsval.
