Gravatar   Rött, medelfylligt jättefynd från bröderna Perez Pascuas i intressanta Ribera del Duero. Närmast perfekt balanserat med sin vassa strävhet, intressanta föga publikfriande aromer (anis, dill, blyertspenna, mörka bär) och de franska och amerikanska ekfatsspåren. Säkert ännu bättre med ett par år till på nacken. Ett matvin, gärna till vilt.
