På hög höjd och från riktigt gamla vinstockar har bobalfantasten Juan Ponce lyckats göra spännande viner med både fräschör och tryck. Svartvinbär, pinjeträd, viol, krita, rosmarin och sälta. Grillat är godast. Biodynamisk odling. www.dn.se
