	12.10.2017	Toni Gelabert är en liten familjegård på cirka fem hektar, som är ekologiskt certifierade och sköts enligt biodynamiska principer. Produktionen är liten; omkring 25.000 flaskor per år. Fangos Negre är ett underbart Mallis-vin på lokala druvan callet till 50 procent, resten består av cabernet sauvignon, syrah och merlot. Det är Medelhavet på pricken. Fangos både smakar och doftar sol och värme. Det är varmt, inbjudande och bara så gott. Garrigue i mängder, skogsbär, ceder, sandelträ och uppfriskande syror i eftersmaken. Beställ, njut och dröm dig bort till palmer, playa och semester. Servera till en paella med extra allt.
