	11.10.2017	Ett vin gjort av ren pinot noir som lagrats 11 månader i använda fat av fransk ek, för en försiktig ekkrydda. Vackert hallonröd färg och insmickrande doft av solmogna jordgubbar, körsbär och viol följs av plommon, körsbär och örter med integrerad ekfatskaraktär i smaken. Detta kritikerrosade vin säljs just nu till fyndpris och passar utmärkt till höstens fågel och eleganta vilträtter. Det är också mycket gott till vegetariskt och rätter med asiatisk kryddning.
