	27.04.2017	Sagrantino är Umbriens stora druva. Det är en av mina stora favoriter. Det är dessutom stora viner. Tanniner, massiv frukt och syra sammanfattar sagrantinos karaktär. Matvin med andra ord. Lagra? Ja gärna, men vinet från firman Bellafonte är redan färdigt att korkas upp. Tanninerna är tydliga men söta, frukten är djup, frisk och saftig. Tänk syrliga körsbär och fikon som man ringlat balsamico över. Lite tobak och mörk bitter choklad ingår också. www.dinvinguide.se
