Gravatar 23.02.2017 Ekotrenden blåser allt starkare och förra året formligen exploderade försäljningen. Ett viktigt skäl till det är Oenoforos, en av landets största vinimportörer som har ställt om till jordnära odling för de flesta av sina storsäljare. Ett utmärkt exempel har du här. Att det dessutom importeras i bulk för buteljering i Simrishamn förstärker miljöprofilen ytterligare. Nero d’avola är en av Siciliens antika druvsorter som här parats ihop med cabernet sauvignon, Bordeauxdistriktets stolthet. ”An offer you can’t refuse”, skulle man kunna säga och vinet befinner sig just nu i sitt esse. Profilen är tveklöst syditaliensk, med värme och generositet, men också med den befriande friska fruktsyra som är de båda druvsorternas kännetecken och gör detta till ett utmärkt matvin i de flesta sammanhang, även till vilt, men framför allt till det italienska kökets alla godsaker, från en kryddhet pasta med tomater och vitlök till mustiga långkok, grillat kött och fågel.
