Gravatar 28.07.2017 Valpolicella er et vinområde i Veneto øst for Gardasøen, og navnet betyder ”dalen med de mange kældre”. Ripasso-vine som denne flotte udgave, der er et smagsmæssigt fund med fylde og dybde, er fremstillet ved, at ung vin i februar blandes med drueskind og bundfald af tørrede druer, som har været brugt til at lave kraftige Amaroner på. Acinatico er ophøjet nydelse.
