Gravatar 20.11.2011 En god Chianti Classico som passer til mye. Medium fyldig, medium syrlig med en tidlig lukt og smak av fat og kirsebær. Passer godt til en salt Foccacia, evt.brød med olivenolje. Men også bra til et måltid kjøtt, dog kanskje ikke til den sterkeste sausen el. storfe. Med en god avslutning av lær.
