Gravatar 25.08.2020 Stram och fint fruktig smak med inslag av körsbär, örter och kryddor. Markerade och balanserade syror. Allt sitter snyggt på rätt plats. Gärna till något vilt, kanske kryddstekt hjortfilé med timjanssky.
