Gravatar 04.07.2018 Nu lanseras Tavallini Salice Salentino Riserva DOC 2011; en italiensk fyllig Riserva med sju års lagring. Vinet har en av de högsta kvalitetsnivåerna för italienskt vin, Denominazione di Orgien Controllata (DOC). Efter 15 månaders vila på franska ekfat och därefter flasklagring har Tavallini Salice Salentino Riserva utvecklats till ett elegant vin med generös fyllighet och kraft i smaken. Det kan med fördel lagras ytterligare men är ljuvligt att dricka idag och bjuder kryddig smak med fatkaraktär och toner av solmogna körsbär, vanilj, salvia och choklad. Just nu erbjuds ett begränsat parti av Tavallini Salice Salentino Riserva till ett svårslaget pris.
