	16.02.2018	Vinet är gjort på 60% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta och 10% Croatina. Druvorna som används till Amaronen kommer aldrig från vinrankor som är yngre än 10 år. Druvorna selekterades noggrant vid skörd och torkades därefter under tre månader på platåer i stora öppna rum med ett bra ventilationssystem som säkrar ett jämnt och bra luftflöde. I mitten av december gjordes ytterligare en selektering av druvorna innan de pressades. Jäsning skedde i temperaturkontrollerade rostfria ståltankar vid en temperatur runt 28 grader. Vinet lagrades därefter på nya barriquer under 24 månader. Efter buteljering lagrades vinet ytterligare 36 månader på flaska innan det släpptes för försäljning. www.orebroguiden.com/
