Gravatar 27.05.2018 Kotsifali-druvan är Kretas barbera och det ska läsas som den perfekta partnern till tomatbaserade rätter. Störtskön till köttbiten med grillad tomat, grym till din Bolognese. Lyrarakis odlar sin kotsifali på ca 500 meters höjd och det accentuerar örtigheten i vinet samtidigt som syran är skönt bärkärv. Tanninerna är följsamma och det finns även en kryddighet och tobaksnyans i smaken. Drickes med fördel i stora klunkar och lätt kyld. Personlig charmör i lättsam stil.
