Gravatar 20.10.2019 87/100 En druvskola för cabernet franc från Loiredalen kan knappast bli tydligare än så här. Lufta bort lite reduktion i karaff och säg hej till pepprig blåbärssaft toppad med paprika. Servera sedan svalt i stor kupa till ny­stekta rårakor med kantareller och en klick smetana.
