	25.10.2018	Bordeaux, fortfarande lika hederligt men lite svårt att hävda sig i uppsjön av hypade och mer moderna viner. Men ack vad gott det är! Tanninerna är silkiga. Tonerna av ceder, tobaksblad och blyerts bidrar med fin struktur. Den djupa frukten som består av cassis och plommon gör vinet ännu mer inbjudande. En Bordeaux att njuta av redan idag med balans mellan frukt och fat. Inget att vänta in. En höstkompis till hemgjord hamburgare på högrev med en krämig coleslaw och rostad vitlökspotatis. www.dinvinguide.se
