Gravatar 26.09.2018 Denne vin er sat sammen af 55% Cabernet Sauvignon og 45% Merlot, der er plukket på 4 hektarer vinmarker i Haut-Medoc lige uden for Margaux-distriktet, hvor Château Dauzacs resterende 45 hektarer ligger og derfor har givet slottet 5. cru status. Det det specielle ved vinen er, at den er vegansk og lavet efter principper, hvor al animalsk kontakt er forbudt. Vinen er således ikke klaret for urenheder med æggehvide, men med særligt udvalgte plantestoffer. Fantastisk, hvad de finder på! Men vinen er lækker.
