	01.11.2017	Chateau Kirwans andra vin är ett riktigt bra vin som inte kostar skjortan. Vinet görs på en blend av cabernet sauvignon (45%), merlot (37%), cabernet franc (8%) och petit verdot (10%). Det här är fruktigt med inslag av svarta vinbär, mogna körsbär och hallon. Frukten är inlindad i mjuka tanniner och får lite struktur från ekfaten. Avslutet är lite ekfatskryddigt med smak av vanilj, svartpeppar och grön paprika. En fördel med detta är att det är riktigt charmigt redan nu, det går utmärkt att lagra men jag har svårt att hålla fingrar borta. www.dinvinguide.se
