Vi likte denne vinen som har god fylde hele veien og den har en god litt kraftig smak. Denne vinen er ikke lagret på fat, men har tyngde for rødt kjøtt eller bare kos.

Average Age of Vines: Over 45 years
Training: Head trained, spur pruned old bush vines
(Grenache and Carignan; the Cabernet Sauvignon on trellis.
Topography of Landscape: The vineyards are planted on
very steep hills up to 600 meters above sea level.
Type of soil and subsoil: The old Grenache and Carignan
vines are planted in poor soils on steep slopes and terraces,
where no irrigation is available. The soils are composed of
dark slates (the famous licorella), mixed with patches of
quartzite which gives the wines the unique mineral
character.
Druer : 50% Grenache 30% Carignan (Cariñena) 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
