Red wine from wine district: Piedmont

This wine tastes of clean fresh cherries, it has a great acid and is well balanced. The wine is a little slim in taste, but has an incredible, long and pleasant finish. Here the producer has taken back the little short ending we missed in the Degli Amici wine. It has not that power, but the wine is much rounder and pleasant in taste.

We normally begin drinking the wine long before the food is finish and I must say that it is an enjoyment to drink without any food.

We have been advised to decanter the wine before drinking it and use large glasses from the people which know this wine best.
