DESDERI RED LABEL 2004 is made from grapes covering the middle and lower part of the vineyard that have basked in sunshine from May to October. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks. After 10 days the wine was transferred to large oak barrels containing 2500 litres botte di rovere. Desderi Red Label Superiore wine is deep red in colour and offers a full bodied structure, a delicate taste, and a faint bouquet of oak. The acidity is light and typical of the Barbera wine, but stronger than the Black Label. The alcohol content is 14%.
